Job Description Includes:

  • Install and configure virtual servers / desktops, as needed per scope of work
  • Troubleshoot issues with working knowledge of horizon connection servers
  • Follow documentation provided on build best practices
  • Understanding of bandwidth requirements based on purposed solution
  • Provide assistance in optimizing PC and server performance as it applies to LAN/WAN
  • Troubleshoot and identify trending issues while providing PC and server support
  • Implement and configure Microsoft based solutions such as Microsoft Office, Office365, Active Directory, Group Policies, and third party applications
  • Provide tier 3 support, when needed

To Be Successful in this Role, the Selected Candidate will Have/Display

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in CIS, MIS, or CS
  • Knowledge of security permissions required
  • 2+ years’ experience with printing setup/ troubleshooting
  • Microsoft RDS(Remote Desktop Services)/RDG (Remote Desktop Gateway) experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Office365 and migration process is a plus
  • Experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Ability to present customer service to internal and external customers
  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn and grow
  • Organization skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take on additional tasks when needed
  • Ownership of tasks, issues, and assignments
