Cloud Services: Our team has identified a bug related to drivers with NVidia Products. Some users may experience the below symptoms:
Advance2000 brought this problem to NVidia. This has been verified by NVidia as a new bug and is being worked on by them for a permanent fix.
In the meantime, it’s encouraged for users to save their work on reoccurring bases throughout the day to prevent any work loss. If a user experiences any of the above symptoms it can be resolved by rebooting the user’s virtual machine. This can be done through the customer portal or by contacting Advance2000 Service Desk.

Root Cause: Hardware
A hardware issue resulted in the performance issues experienced by some users who had issues establishing a new connection, after being logged out, to their virtual desktop. The piece of hardware was removed from production resulting in those users being able to log back in.
