Advance2000 Known Issues

 

June 2022

Cloud Services: Our team has identified a bug related to drivers with NVidia Products.  Some users may experience the below symptoms:

  • Application Crashing – Windows Error Code 43 – Nvidia Driver Failed to Load
  • Windows Resolution Issue – Small screen resolution is presented and unable to change to full screen

Advance2000 brought this problem to NVidia.  This has been verified by NVidia as a new bug and is being worked on by them for a permanent fix.

In the meantime, it’s encouraged for users to save their work on a reoccurring bases throughout the day to prevent any work loss. If a user experience any of the above symptoms it can be resolved by rebooting the user’s virtual machine.  This can be done through the customer portal or by contacting Advance2000 Service Desk.
