Known Issues

Nvidia Persisting Issue

Cloud Services: Our team has identified a bug related to drivers with NVidia Products.  Some users may experience the below symptoms:

  • Application Crashing – Windows Error Code 43 – Nvidia Driver Failed to Load
  • Windows Resolution Issue – Small screen resolution is presented and unable to change to full screen

Advance2000 brought this problem to NVidia.  This has been verified by NVidia as a new bug and is being worked on by them for a permanent fix.

In the meantime, it’s encouraged for users to save their work on reoccurring bases throughout the day to prevent any work loss. If a user experiences any of the above symptoms it can be resolved by rebooting the user’s virtual machine.  This can be done through the customer portal or by contacting Advance2000 Service Desk.

Known Outages

November 2025

Cloud Services: 11/03/2025 We identified an issue that affected connectivity, for some customers, to Advance2000 Cloud services due to an upstream carrier event.

Root Cause: We identified that today’s interruption was due to Lumen Carrier Services.  Our systems and infrastructure remained fully operational throughout. The issue originated from upstream carrier routing outside our network.

We are monitoring and continuing to evaluate to ensure ongoing stability and reliability.

September 2025

Cloud Services: 09/08/2025 We have identified an issue that may affect connectivity to Advance2000 Cloud Services for some users. This was resolved.

February 2025

Cloud Services: 02/21/2025 some customers reported service interruptions accessing cloud compute services.  Symptoms included the inability to log into their virtual machines. 

This is resolved and services should be fully functional.

Root Cause: We identified an interruption in network routing traffic that impacted affected customers. The issue was traced to a piece of equipment experiencing a service disruption, which prevented those customer environments from accessing the internet.
